We are seeking a post-doctoral research associate (PDRA) to conduct research within the M4L (Material’s for Life) group working on the Resilient Materials for Life (RM4L) project. The research will focus on the development of autonomic biomimetic systems that use chemical agents to heal damage. The candidate should have research experience in engineering materials and testing structural components, as well as a good working knowledge of relevant chemistry.
This post is full time 35 hours per week and fixed term from 1st August 2021 for 11 months.
Salary: £33,797 – £40,322 per annum (it is anticipated that an appointment will not be made above point 30, £33,797 per annum).
